Meet Marcela

Chef Marcela Salas is a passionate culinary artist with a diverse background in both aviation and gastronomy. She is the chef behind Salas Salsas, BibiSol, and Salas Catering Co.

Marcela pursued her culinary passion by attending the Institute of Culinary Arts, where she honed her skills and competed in culinary competitions.

Her journey in the kitchen began at a young age, cooking alongside her abuela and mother, where she learned the traditional recipes and techniques that now define Salas Salsas and BibiSol.

Marcela’s dedication to quality, authenticity, and intentionality is the cornerstone of their family business, ensuring that each salsa and every dish is crafted with care and thoughtful sourcing.
